Shipping
Delivery times
Once we have received your order, delivery takes 1-2 working days to Italy and Spain, and 2-4 working days to the rest of the world.
Courier
We use only the best couriers to deliver our orders to ensure you receive your parcel swiftly and in perfect condition
The main couriers we use are BRT, DHL and UPS.
Custom duties
Eventual customs duties or charges are to be paid by the customer.
Returns
Undamaged items can be returned within 30 days from order placement, (exception is for items with factory defects).
We do not accept returns on personalised items.
How to return an item
You can activate your return request by writing an email to help@koalababycare.com, make sure you include your order reference number and the name of the item you wish to return.
Cost
Shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.
Refund
The refund will be made within 3 working days after we receive your return item in our warehouse. The accreditation on the account will take 5/7 working days depending on the bank. A full refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
Faulty items
You can make a claim on products with visible factory faults by sending an email to help@koalababycare.com within 3 days of receipt, please include the order number and a photograph showing the defect. We will then arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no extra cost.
