How to use

During pregnancy and post-natal Apply a small amount of oil to the palms of your hands and gently massage your tummy, hips, thighs, and breasts. Alternate use with Elasticising Firming Body Cream. Baby Massage Apply a small amount of oil to the palms of your hands and gently massage your baby’s body using circular movements. For dry and irritated skin Apply a small amount of oil to the palms of your hands and carefully massage any irritated areas or where your skin may need extra nourishment. For perineum massage Apply a small amount of almond oil to your thumb and massage the perineum as instructed by your midwife during your antenatal course.
