Shipments and returns
Gratis – per ordini superiori a 42,00€
Normally, after receiving the order, on the next working day we entrust it to the shipping service: in Italy, delivery takes place in 1/3 depending on your postal code; abroad, it takes 3/5 working days.
For Italy, the shipping services we partner with are Bartolini (BRT) and GLS. For the rest of Europe we partner with DPD; for non-EU countries we partner with UPS.
It is possible to return a product within 30 days from order reception, on undamaged products (except for factory defects).
How to do it
You can proceed with the return request by writing an email to email@example.com by entering the order number and name of the product you want to return.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer. How can you do that?
- Autonomously send your return
- Use the collection service provided by Koala Babycare at a cost of 4 euros for Italy and for the rest of Europe (this service is not provided for non-EU coun-tries)
The refund will be received within 3 working days from the reception of the returned product in our warehouses. The entire refund will be made with the same method chosen for the payment of the order (if you paid cash on delivery you will have to provide us with an iban on which to make the transfer).
You can make a request for a complaint about products with obvious factory defects by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from order reception, entering the order number and a photograph attesting the defect. In that case we will take care of sending you a new product at no additional cost.
