The order will be processed by our warehouses in 1-2 working days, once shipped it will arrive at your home with an express courier in 1 working day. If you are outside of Italy, shipping times can increase up to 2-5 days.
With each product a practical bag is included in the package to be able to store it, at any time, in the closet or to be able to always carry it with you. During shipping, the package will be protected by a box.
Your satisfaction is the most important for us, so you can return the product within 30 days from the purchase and you will be fully refunded… even if we are sure that you can no longer live without it! 🙂 – Remember that the shipping costs for the return will be charged to the customer.
You can send a picture of the damaged product to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org together with your order number. Nicoletta will take care of your case and also of sending you a new article in a few days.
If you have not used the product, you can send your order number to the email address email@example.com and replace it. Elena will follow your case and show you what steps you need to take. If, on the other hand, the product is still being processed, you can simply write an email to Elena who will modify it by sending you the product you want.
Remember that the shipping costs for the return will be charged to the customer.
Yes, all the products have the instruction manual inside the package, you will also receive a PDF extended version of the same manual by email, so that you can always have it with you!
