The order will be processed by our warehouses in 1-2 working days, once shipped it will arrive at your home by express courier in 1 working day. If you are abroad the shipping time can increase to 2-5 days.

A handy bag is included with each product so that you can store it in your wardrobe at any time or take it with you wherever you go. During shipment the package will be protected by a box.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, so you can return the product within 30 days of purchase and you will be fully refunded… but we are sure you won’t be able to live without it! ? – Remember that the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You can send a photograph of the damaged product to info@koalababycare.com together with your order number. Nicoletta will take care of your case and send you a new item within a few days.

If you have not used the product you can send your order number to info@koalababycare.com and replace it. Elena will take care of your case and will tell you what steps you have to take. If the product is still being processed you can simply write an email to Elena who will modify the order and send you the product of your choice.
Remember that the shipping costs for the return will be covered by you.

You can cancel your order while it is still being processed by sending an email to info@koalababycare.com.

Yes, all products come with an instruction manual. You will receive an extended version of the manual in pdf format by email so that you can keep it with you at all times!
